Brilliant minds

think alike... or so they say. I realized when I drove home last night that my next door neighbor had magnets on her car. These magnets looked vaguely familiar. When I drive into closer view I realized that they were for another real estate company in the area. Great, just what I need. She was a home based travel agent caring for her stepsons and newly adopted daughter. Now, she is my competition. I don't want to view her that way, but really can't help it. Anf why in the fuck did she decide to change careers this month. I swear I always seem to be just a couple of milliseconds behind the curve.

My original plan was to take over this neighborhood (real estate wise that is).

I have a meeting with the broker I would like to be affiliated with on Friday. Hopefully, all will go well and I will be a practicing agent in a week or so. Showing no mercy to the competition, even if it is the humble, modest, kind neighbor. Bah.
