Weigh in
It's Sunday and that time again. And I hate to type it but I maintained this week: 202.
I actually checked the night before and I was up a couple of pounds so needless to say I was happy with just a maintain week. That ends my streak of 13 straight weeks with a loss.
I also was able to go to Fitness Re$ource today and got a dial a weight system and stand (Personal PowerBlock® Set 5-45 lbs x 5 lbs). I am looking forward to having some other tools to use at home to work out with. I also saw the total body machines and LOVED them. Too bad DH has dibs on this tax refund for the new big screen TV or I would be all over that for some more gym equipment.
I hope that I will still be able to make my goal of 199 by April 26. It'll be tough, but I have to just be more careful about the choices I make until then. Ugh.
