Weigh in
It's Sunday again and that means official weigh in day. I maintained this week at 197. I am not all that surprised since I only worked out once I think. I tried to stay on track with the eating so that I wouldn't see a gain.
But I am officially back on the workout wagon as of today. I have a run planned tonight and then some tae bo for tomorrow. I want to keep seeing this steady downward trend. I think i can, I think i can.
